3. Pricing and Taxes

3.3. Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout and are payable by the Customer.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.

5. Delivery and Risk
5.1. Goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order.
5.2. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods.
5.3. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Title of Goods
6.1. Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until full payment is received by Kabayan Value Mart.
6.2. We reserve the right to reclaim goods if payment is not made.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods are faulty or do not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
7.2. Goods must be returned in original condition, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of delivery.
7.3. No returns on perishable items unless they are damaged or defective.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the purchase of goods.
8.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. We are not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
